www.tiscover.com site was launched on 1 May. It offers comprehensive information on regions, ski areas, lakes, and more than 25,000 online bookable accommodations of all categories. The tourism industry will particularly benefit from increased marketing opportunities for accommodation providers.
New marketing opportunities for hotels
Membership on Tiscover's Alpine Portal is free for accommodation providers. A commission fee will only apply for successful bookings. Selling available rooms on
www.HRS.de and via large-scale themed campaigns is also free of charge. “We provide hoteliers with marketing opportunities, especially in times of economic difficulty. The reason we can do this is that we, along with our parent company HRS, attract 5.5 million users per month,“ says Tiscover Marketing CEO Matthias Grundböck.
Wide range of offers
In leisure travel, picking a hotel largely depends on the offers provided by the destination.
www.tiscover.com provides users with comprehensive information on 2,000 towns and regions, 800 ski areas and more than 700 lakes. Many new search options (via interactive maps and topics) assist guests in quickly finding the right product and information. Search results can conveniently be filtered according to a number of criteria and then be compared. The online booking process has been simplified. For example, credit card information is no longer required.
