Management (default setting):
The default setting allows you to update your availabilities even more quickly and easily. Changes to availabilities can now be made in the overview: Just click on a field and enter the availabilities. Also, you may select several days at a time.The left navigation bar displays the existing standard products. Click on a standard product to get a year view of the allocated availabilities. You can change the view to two months or six months if you wish.
Maintenance is extremely easy. Go to a field and enter the number of available rooms. This is an absolute novelty: If you want to select several days at a time, move over the fields while holding the left mouse button down. When you let go of the mouse button, a window will pop up where you can enter the number of available rooms.
Save your entries, and availability will be updated! When leaving without saving your changes, you will get a message reminding you to save them.
Open/Close Mode:
If you wish to use the open/close mode, you need to enable it via Data > Settings > Product Settings. The product settings allow you to specify the number of rooms available.The left navigation bar lists the existing standard products. When clicking on a product in the list, you will be provided with a year view of the allocated availability. You can change the view to two months or six months if you wish.
Again, maintenance is extremely quick and easy:
You can display your rooms as available or booked in just one click. This is an absolute novelty on the market: If you want to select several days at a time, move over the fields while holding the left mouse button down. When you let go of the mouse button. you’ll find the availability updated.
Then, like with the default setting, you only need to save your entries. When leaving without saving your changes, you will get a message reminding you to save them.
