Contact Manager

Effective Request Management
The Tiscover Contact Manager makes for easy and convenient request handling! Designed to meet the needs of tourism organisations, the Contact Manager ensures effective handling of the daily accommodation requests.

With the Contact Manager, you have tailor-made offers for all kinds of guests at hand - fast, simple and also available if no vacant accommodations are registered in the reservation system.


And this is how it works


The guest fills in a simple online form on the holiday destination’s website and defines his/her criteria, e.g. category, destination, duration etc. The guest also decides how many offers he/she wants to be sent from the desired holiday region.

Then, the request is immediately forwarded to all adequate accommodations and saved in a request pool (see figure 1). The request is then handled by the accommodation suppliers who have access to the request pool via the Internet at any time – even without an existing Tiscover license (see figure 2).

The requests can be answered directly in the Contact Manager. With one click, the user can choose from templates that can also be individually adapted (see figure 3).

The tourism organisation decides in advance how much time the accommodation suppliers can take to answer the requests. Thus, a quick response to the guest is guaranteed.

A multi-functional system

Tourism organisations which make use of an existing reservation system (e.g. the Tiscover Booking Manager) enjoy additional optional functions. For instance, the requests can first be handled by the tourism organisation itself and only those requests, for which no vacant accommodations seem to be available, are forwarded to the request pool. Moreover, the Contact Manager can be completely integrated in the Tiscover Booking Manager interface, incl. data storage in the customer data file and address matching with the Tiscover CRM Manager.
