Link-up to the Booking Manager
There is an automatic synchronization between the Booking Manager and the CRM Manager. Thus, address data need to be entered only once in one of the two systems. Moreover, important data such as details on tender, booking, cancellation and payment are imported from the Booking Manager to the CRM Manager. Thus, all data on the client are available at any time.

Filterfunktion
With the comprehensive filter function you can search for any information and select data. The filter allows you to systematically select addresses, e.g. according to mailing lists, response, interests or the amount and frequency of requests and bookings made by a guest.
Import of e-mails from the Outlook
All requests sent by e-mail can be imported in the CRM Manager from the Outlook with just a few mouse clicks. For requests made by forms, templates can be created. Then, the CRM Manager automatically identifies which information has to be assigned to which field. Thus, manual data entry is no longer necessary.
Templates
In order to reduce work and save time, templates for standard letters can be created. However, the correspondence can still be adjusted to the respective customer/guest as the template can be reworked before it is sent.
The templates combined with the import of e-mails from Outlook make complete request management possible in only five clicks!
Automatic management of brochure requests
With the interface between the online booking form on your website and the CRM Manager, brochure requests can be managed completely automatically. The only thing that remains to be done is printing and sending the ready-made letters.
